A cams() fit with class "interactmeta". Fits carry an "interactmeta" attribute (plot settings and ifrac() data for forest plots).

Usage

# S3 method for class 'interactmeta'
plot(x, y, type = c("contribution", "heterogeneity", "forest"), ...)

Arguments

x

An interactmeta from cams().

y

Ignored.

type

"contribution" (default), "heterogeneity", or "forest".

...

Passed to the selected plot method.

Details

Printing and summarizing follow the style of bayesmeta: print.interactmeta() is the compact glance (trials, method as in cams(), parameter matrix). summary.interactmeta() is the longer report (heterogeneity, overall IF, combined-population / subgroup / interaction). plot.interactmeta() draws contribution, heterogeneity, or forest plots via type.
