Comparable forest of modifier-level treatment effects — plot

Plots DA, SWADA, and CAMS pooled modifier-level treatment effects on a common axis. Observed trial estimates (shared input) can be included using the original published intervals when those columns are present.

Arguments

da: A da() or conventional() fit, or a cams() fit when comparing two CAMS approaches.
swada: A swada() fit, or a second cams() fit.
cam: A cams() CAMS fit. Optional when da and swada are already CAMS fits.
exponentiate: If TRUE (default), report on the exponentiated (ratio) scale. Use FALSE for the fitted log scale.
type: CAMS layer ("Overall" default).
include_observed: If TRUE, add published trial rows from da$data.
xlim: Shared x-axis limits on the displayed scale.

Value

A ggplot object.
