Event counts by trial, ventilation subgroup, and treatment from the WHO REACT
prospective meta-analysis of systemic corticosteroids in critically ill
patients with COVID-19. Some trials report only one ventilation subgroup
(n = 0 patients in the other subgroup); drop those empty rows before escalc() and
let ifrac() / cams() complete the missing cells. See
